He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

I was having my front room renovated the old wallpaper stripped ,walls and ceiling plastered and the whole room repainted. Shef called shortly after my ad was posted and offered to come and quote that day. He made me feel confident, gave a very fair price,offered some advice and I offered him the job there and then.
