I have been in and out of the electrical field for a number of years participating in domestic installations and attending 1st phase jobs whilst under level 3 electricians. I am now qualified to a “C&G’s level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations“ this includes being competent in testing, diagnosis and fault finding in regards to 1st phase electricity. I am a qualified “Domestic Electrician “ and I am familiar with all electrics that tie in with domestic household/ dwellings ie lighting/ ring mains, radial, cookers circuits etc. I am a fan of customer care which I value wholeheartedly as I enjoy fulfilling customers expectations as best as I can. I am honest as I have had customers issuing me their front door keys if the job takes longer than a day, i am an easy going person who enjoys customer and worker relations but I always concentrate on getting the job in hand done leaving the customer happy and satisfied and also making them feel that the job I did was money well spent. My prices are reasonable to good and I always issue an invoice and receipt.

Tomasz recently completed two jobs we had. One was fitting a new bathroom from scratch - we didn't even have a window in our home and the guys had to form the opening. The second job was replacing a leaking polycarbonate garage roof with a conventional wood and felt version, along with replacement/extending the guttering. I'm happy to say that both jobs have been completed to my satisfaction and I'd not hesitate to use Tomasz again.

We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!

I posted my job of a wet room mosaic tiles coming loose, Ahmad quickly got in contact we arranged a time and he arrived promptly. He examined the wet room floor saying that there was possible damaged underneath and the drain system was not suitable. He first identified the root cause of the issue, then explained what he will do, then updated us regularly. He worked swiftly and efficiently repaired the wet room floor and walls to a high professional standard and we would wholeheartedly recommend his work.

Advised (quite correctly) I needed a survey prior to board replacement. This was scheduled and quickly carried out in a professional and thorough manner. Verbally advised of report content at the 9end of survey and received written report and quote for work shortly after. Only issue is that after the accepting quote on 16th Nov and chasing on 22nd Nov, there has been no communication in response to carrying out the work.
