We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!

Andrew carried out a complete re-wire of our whole house. He was very thorough and considerate and managed to work around us as we continued to live in the house throughout the re- wire. My stop cock started leaking alarmingly at 3 am on a cold January night. The Thames Water shutoff valve was not compatible with my shutoff bar, so I was unable to shut off the water from the street. I posted the job at 4am, had contact from Leo by 5:30. He arrived at 7:45am, shut off the water at the street, replaced the stop cock, checked for dryness, and put the water back on. What a relief. It was not cheap, but cheaper than my excess on a water damage claim. Speed was more important than cost.

We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed.
