Darren right from first contact knew what he was doing. I wanted the lock on my patio door replacing and the hinges repaired. Even though the patio door was the old metal one Darren was able to repair what needed repairing and change what needed changing. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.
