No Tops Tiles representative has visited my property. I can also confirm via an independent civil engineering survey the floor is not moving. The under floor heating has never worked, the electrician utilised by Mr Williams has identified a break in the circuit which happened during the laying of the tiles. I have video evidence of the leaks should anyone which to see it. I would not allow Mr Williams back into my property due his lack of ability to rectify the problems he created.

It was a pleasure to ask James to do the electrical work in my house. This work included a new consumer unit, install of electric point for electric cooker, and put up new bathroom light. James is very courteous and gave me a competitive quote. Work was completed in great time, and he left my house really tidy. I'm delighted with the job, I wouldn't consider any other electrician. I cannot praise this firm enough. They removed my old boiler & fitted a new one . Also removing the gas fire & back boiler. Ben & his team were fantastic. They were efficient polite & friendly & nothing was too much trouble for them. Even when I added a couple of extra jobs! It was all done in a few days & left clean & tidy. I would recommend them any time.

Arrived in good time and quoted, have a verbal summary of work required. Quite followed. Work started following week and took 2 days. Initially I was pleased with the results however 3 months in and I am experiencing issues with the work as is not fit for purpose.

Advised (quite correctly) I needed a survey prior to board replacement. This was scheduled and quickly carried out in a professional and thorough manner. Verbally advised of report content at the 9end of survey and received written report and quote for work shortly after. Only issue is that after the accepting quote on 16th Nov and chasing on 22nd Nov, there has been no communication in response to carrying out the work.
