I myself run Royal flush plumbing and heating. I work all over Edinburgh, the Lothian’s and fife. I am a happy hardworking, honest and reliable tradesman. I cover all work from kitchens & bathrooms, to boilers, radiators, underfloor heating and also have a 24 hour emergency call out service. I always make sure I work in order to make customers dreams come true and will be honest if what is suggested will not work, but will work with my customers to find the best way around any obstacles.

They replied quickly and commenced work 2 days after receiving quote. Turned up on time farther an son working together very polite. Whole job cost £900 for painting and some rendering of front and back of terraced house and there was a few bits of woodwork which was overlooked. It took them two days and it seemed to be rushed at end so hence the overlook of arch by front door.

I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading

Ricky and his team did a fantastic job replacing our felt flat roof with Firestone rubber. His work included installing all new trims around the edge of the roof so the house looks much smarter now. After some very heavy rain the roof is performing very well. Ricky has provided us with a 20 year guarantee which gives us superb piece of mind. Very happy to recommend Ricky and his team (his also repaired the roofs on two other properties in our family so we've seen plenty of his work!).

Never turned up first time. Then arranged for a time after work .came home to find card through door from morning. Not time arranged waste off time so don't waste time booking appointment
Did fix the issue as agreed and they where called back out to fix it correctly, which they did
He did phone ahead to say he was 15 minutes away, but it was actually an hour. Everything else was OK, got a quote, and he answered the questions I asked.
I cannot rate this tradesman low enough – I’ve had to hire qualified tradesmen to complete the job Mr Montgomery started because he refused to see me and called me a c*nt. The tradesman he recommended was so poor that the electrician I had to hire to fix his mess after nothing in my flat would work informed me the work he did was illegal and questioned whether he was actually trained. I now cannot get reimbursement that he agreed upon back. This job cost me an un-budgeted £1000 in extra tradesmen.
