Came to have a look, said they would send a quote, never did... Guy on initial visit said I'd need to knock through the tiles. Went back to it myself with a friend, turned out an easy fix on the shower unit itself without touching the plumbing/tearing up the tile work.

He did phone ahead to say he was 15 minutes away, but it was actually an hour. Everything else was OK, got a quote, and he answered the questions I asked.
Two men turned up after quoting for the job of supplying and fixing a UPVC panel on the facia of our garage and rubbing down and painting the door frame. They fitted the panel but left gaps at the edges unsealed. They,painted the frame with one coat of paint, but this has soaked in and they failed to return as they promised to complete the job. They were payed in full in cash. They said they would bring a receipt when they returned which they never did.
