Professional and extremely efficient and hardworking determined to do a good job. Have a nightmare cream carpet and very difficult to keep pristine. It now looks as good as new. He completed all in good time as promised . He also gave tips on how to manage the system and assurance to return if there were any issues with the radiator system.
