Re boiler service. Gary kept in touch all the way through keeping me updated. He had a problem with a piece of equipment which unfortunately meant he couldn't do the job on the original day but arranged for the job to be done the very next day by a colleague. No complaints. Took his advice and switched from halogens to led downlighters. Very pleased with the service, especially as it was a Sunday and didn't charge extra for weekend work.

Work was carried out Monday to Friday as expected. Workmen were considerate and helpful and I was able to speak to them each day. Rubbish was removed daily and at the end of the week surfaces were thoroughly brushed and remaining debris removed. All in all everything was carried out most efficiently.

What you want is honest opinion, to have good communication, to have things explained, photos are a bonus and someone professional and approachable and knows what they are doing. We had this with Pawel. Everything was explained well. The job was not rushed. He took time to assess, review and evaluate. He kept us informed throughout the work. Price was reasonable also.
