Hired to replace my bathroom floor tiles after another builder install them. He was attentive in his initial inspection and talked me through what was wrong and how he could fix it. His prices were very reasonable even though the scope of the job changed slightly once he started. He was extremely punctual and took care and precision in his work. He also knew plumbers and joiners which he brought in to assist saving me sourcing others. I am very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend him.

He also arranged scaffolding and coordinated a plumber to run new drainage to allow the relocation of the kitchen and bathroom. I was really pleased with all aspects of the work which was completed efficiently and to a high standard. Duncan is approachable, honest and trustworthy, he always seemed happy to give me his time to discuss the job and kept me well informed on progress. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

He arrived on time and carried out the work to a very high standard. I work in the building trade myself and his finishing is top notch. He arrived on time and I left him to it while I went to work and arrived home to find a job well done and everything as clean as I had left it. (He would not accept payment until i viewed and confirmed satisfaction with the work. A lovely surprise! He even came back after I had a change of mind and wanted another row of tiling in the kitchen and only asked petrol money. I would highly recommend.
