Paul and Andy have done a brilliant job and I can not recommend them highly enough. They explained what they needed to do and left the kitchen clean, tidy and fully functional-the cooker looks great. Paul set out a clear quote at the start and arrived on time. I will definitely ask them back in a few months when we get a new dishwasher.
I have been self- employed since 2009. I mostly do whole bathroom design and refurbishments. I also have a plasterer and electrician available to help complete any jobs. I do maintenance on all pipe work apart from gas pipes as am not gas safe registered.
Adam gave us a time, date and price and stuck to all 3. He even went out his way to collect the house keys from our work. The towel rails’ pipes were problematic and Adam had to cut into the wall and replace skirting around extended pipes he had to create to fit the towel rail. Despite the extra work he didn’t charge more than his quote. We are very happy with the work carried out and will definitely use his services again.

A good experience from start to finish. Ewan responded within a couple of hours to our initial enquiry and was prompt to come out and assess the job and offer a solution for adding the wiring for an electric oven to our home. He returned to do the work a couple of days later. The switch in the kitchen looks as though it’s always been there and he left everywhere clean and tidy. I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!
