Posted my garden clearance job and got a call straight away from Leon from DC Property Maintenance and landscaping. I took photos to send him for a quote, he also came round to look at it. Arranged a start date/time all the lads were hard working, professional and friendly and polite the job took two days as there was such a lot to do. Would highly recommend this company and would employ them again.

Did a good solid job with a creative eye for how to utilise the restricted space to its maximum potential. Price was very reasonable, cheaper than other quotes. Required to resolve a few minor pick ups at the end, but was more than happy to do this within his schedule. Very happy with the finished product.

Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.

I wasn't sure exactly what sort of trims I wanted so he brought some samples for me to select from, and even suggested how to finish off the corners of the window reveals. He was prompt, professional and tidy. He saved me money on the tiles as well! I would strongly recommend him, in fact I've asked him to come back and do another little tiling job I have. He reused materials, which also saved us more money and pulled out all the stops to ensure we had a working kitchen in time for lockdown.
