He has made it look amazing, better than we could have imagined. He was communicative, flexible, friendly and got the job done in good time. 2 repairs out 3 successfully fixed. Promised to come back and repair the felt repair that had the glue come from a tile that had moved in the loft but didn't grant it as promised. Paid good money for the repair, so only fair to think this would of been done to a satisfactory standard as promised.
