Alex and his team did an excellent job at our flat. They packed up all the furniture and covered whist painting all the rooms, radiators and living room bay window in our flat and also plastered and repaired a socket. Communication and work was great until job finished but then unreasonably demanding instant settlement of balance, not allowing me to inspect work before paying the following day and then paying full price without the job being completed as instructed as they didn’t replace the underlay and door thresholds as quoted for. Would not give a partial refund to cover the cost of the underlay I paid for, best to avoid.

I’ve had to change this rating due to rating too prematurely initially. After fitting our laminate flooring, we have had nothing but issues with slats coming up, nails too long out of the skirting and the door trim not being secure. Although both came out once and glued the LVT down in places we are finding more come up. My husband is now going to have to glue them all down after paying over 1k for supply and fit or alternatively have it taken out and redone.
