Stefan arrived promptly at 7.45 am as promised. First he measured the variation in the floor level as well as the roughness of the finished surface. He agreed that a 5mm coating would produce a smooth finish but that I would need twice as much screed to properly level the floor. Apparently he plenty of screed ( Ardex) in his van. He quickly prepared the site by sweeping and vacuuming it clean, then primed the floor and mixed the screed. This was spread evenly and finished inside an hour. Good job done.

I enlisted Kris to replace my flooring in September 2022. However, after just a year, all of the flooring has become loose, and significant gaps have appeared between the floorboards. I suspect this may be due to the foundation being inadequately level when initially installed.

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I am a highly experienced builder which specializes in Bricklaying, bathroom tiling, floor and wall, garden tiling, stone and marble tiling but also have expertise in painting decorations.
Noli is a tiler magician. He came and did herringbone with quite small tiles, something I was nervous about as it’s a really skilled job. I have to say they look fantastic. Also Noli was great at answering questions and giving advice, something which I really values.
I have been a plasterer and carpenter now for more then 15 years and owned my own company now for 13 years I am cscs registered for site work and C&G qualified. I pride myself on the finish of my work as well as always try to meet the customer needs.
