A very good professional experience. There was a substance I didn’t have and wasn’t supplied by the manufacturers, but he completed the other tasks and came back a few days later to fit the trellises. I offered to pay for the work he’d completed that day, but said it was ok to pay when he came back to fit trellises. Very impressed with the work and will not hesitate to call on Alsite again. Stefan arrived promptly at 7.45 am as promised. First he measured the variation in the floor level as well as the roughness of the finished surface. He agreed that a 5mm coating would produce a smooth finish but that I would need twice as much screed to properly level the floor. Apparently he plenty of screed ( Ardex) in his van. He quickly prepared the site by sweeping and vacuuming it clean, then primed the floor and mixed the screed. This was spread evenly and finished inside an hour. Good job done.

I enlisted Kris to replace my flooring in September 2022. However, after just a year, all of the flooring has become loose, and significant gaps have appeared between the floorboards. I suspect this may be due to the foundation being inadequately level when initially installed.

From the planning to the execution, Viorel was very professional and courteous to my elderly mother. Viorel encountered many challenges including the plumbing with surface pipes on solid walls that he completely re-routed and made invisible. His eye for detail and his mindset to solve problems is what sets him apart from other Trades I have used before. The tiling and finish is excellent and I have no problem recommending him to anyone. In fact i intend to use Viorel again on upcoming projects.
So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Gavin was very easy going and nice. he managed to fit me in as soon as i needed. Fitted the door very well and also cleaned up after himself. His work is very neat. Hopefully we can have him back for more door fittings.

Noli is a tiler magician. He came and did herringbone with quite small tiles, something I was nervous about as it’s a really skilled job. I have to say they look fantastic. Also Noli was great at answering questions and giving advice, something which I really values.
