Excellent, multi-talented tradesman - fitted 2 types of tiles professionally on uneven, awkwardly-shaped flooring. He laid quality adhesive & matting underneath for solid grounding. He was flexible/agreeable with payments, sourced all materials and cared for my property as if it was his! The repair of fractured plastering and painting room walls is brilliant. Victor is a professional business owner and quoted competitively. His son completed the work - both nice guys. I’m not leaving the full 5 stars because; only part way through the job did Victor bring to my attention that a plumber would be required (at extra cost), the grouting in corners was inconsistent/messy, and after the job was done I had to scrub grout off the tiles, paint, skirting boards, trim and floors, and clean up where prep work had been done outside the house.
