Haven't stuck to their word, took payment, haven't finished the job, didn't turn up at the times they, didn't bring correct equipment, left the difficult to reach part of the wallpaper, why take on a job you can't do. The woman who came to the house on the last day wasn't the one I dealt with via rated and she told my mum to 'piss off'. Tried ringing Shantelle Maughan, wouldn't answer, seems to have blocked me on WhatsApp. Happy to update this review if they come back and finish job.

NO CONFIDENCE. Pleasant and well-mannered. Quoted for customised work that they could not do. Did not remove waste. Poor management. Borrowed my tools. Poor time keeping. I asked him to leave as unable to complete work on his own.
