We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. It took us years to finally decide to have our front garden tidied up and what luck we had with Max and his assistant Benjamin. We had fencing put up, paving laid and a wall rebuilt. Colin and team took on a tough job refreshing a top floor bathroom and adding in a shower to a compact space with low eaves,. Despite encountering a few surprises (lack of isolation valves, dead pigeons etc) the job was done in good time and on budget.. Colin worked with me to provide options on fitments to suit style & budget and was honest when I was better off purchasing direct rather than through him. The job wasn't rushed and the finish is excellent. Also took on some external wiring work as well.

Retracting the previous review I gave on Affordable Repairs. Reason below. Got Ken to repair a leaking roof on the same property, after many attempts, wasted time and ££££ it was clear he was shooting in the dark and has no knowledge in this area. He even turned up at the property once (without being asked) pretended to do some work on the leaking roof, then had the audacity to send me a bill for this! When I refused to pay it he got personal. Lacks integrity. Use at your own risk.

Mihai was amazing - the best trade's person who has walked through my door. Always on time , clean and respectful and honest. He did an incredible job with my paving and fences and he was so meticulous and precise. He had to carry approx 70 heavy bags of dirt up my stairs and then down another stairs and never once complained - an extremely hard worker. His fee was extremely competitive compared to the other quote's I received. I was very lucky I had Mihai to complete the work.
