Elton and his team did a fantastic job for me, rectifying some unfinished work left by another builder as well as some additional jobs (block-paving, installing a soak-away channel, removing a door and bricking it up). I enlisted Kris to replace my flooring in September 2022. However, after just a year, all of the flooring has become loose, and significant gaps have appeared between the floorboards. I suspect this may be due to the foundation being inadequately level when initially installed.
