Retracting the previous review I gave on Affordable Repairs. Reason below. Got Ken to repair a leaking roof on the same property, after many attempts, wasted time and ££££ it was clear he was shooting in the dark and has no knowledge in this area. He even turned up at the property once (without being asked) pretended to do some work on the leaking roof, then had the audacity to send me a bill for this! When I refused to pay it he got personal. Lacks integrity. Use at your own risk.

Excellent and timely work. I needed some cleaning and repainting done urgently, and Riq did it within 48 hours or so, on a Monday morning. It was a very good job, and done in good time at a very reasonable cost. I have no hesitation in recommending Riq for any work of this kind.

William and dean done a amazing job with leveling and preparing a foundation base for my log cabin! Reasonably priced for labour and materials, friendly and helpful. Good communication and prompt. Hi,I’m Mihai from GM Landscaping I have more then 5 years of experience in Landscaping Brickwork Paving Fencing Decking I’m very organised, methodical. All my work is completed at a high standard at affordable prices.
Mihai was amazing - the best trade's person who has walked through my door. Always on time , clean and respectful and honest. He did an incredible job with my paving and fences and he was so meticulous and precise. He had to carry approx 70 heavy bags of dirt up my stairs and then down another stairs and never once complained - an extremely hard worker. His fee was extremely competitive compared to the other quote's I received. I was very lucky I had Mihai to complete the work.
So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. I'm new to this site and I'm willing to put the effort in to get the jobs done right and honestly. Gavin was very easy going and nice. he managed to fit me in as soon as i needed. Fitted the door very well and also cleaned up after himself. His work is very neat. Hopefully we can have him back for more door fittings.
