We had Thomas and his team coming to do our conservatory roof. We had several issues during the works such holes on the ceiling. The worst is that after almost 3 month our conservatory is still leaking, Thomas doesn’t seem to care and the issue still has not been solved.My mother has asthma, she stays with buckets around and this is affecting her. I found it very difficult to get in touch with Thomas to have it solved. One of the guys came a few weeks ago to “fix” the roof but the roof is still leaking.

Jordan gave me an Excellent and very efficient service. Sent them my video of what needed to be done. Came back with a quick quote and answered all my questions. Showed us a variety of previously completed projects. We therefore decided to ask him to carry out the work. Deposit was paid and date booked to start the work. They did a fantastic job of painting the garden fence including thorough preparation by pressure washing it the day before. Also fixed a couple of warped fence tops, replaced rusted bolts on the gate and fixed a pole for my weather station to a fence post. Josef kept me informed throughout, called to let me know when he was delayed in traffic. Both Josef and his colleague were polite and friendly. One very minor issue is the lower bolt on the gate needs slight adjustment, but excellent overall. Recommended.
I'll start with a positive - quality of build was good. Negatives, was told 2 weeks - 5 months later still not completed (3m x 1m shed and some of it was already in place) and had to get another company to finish it at more expense. Was charged for time in sourcing materials, was told it could be completed within my budget when I increased it by £500 and now he is saying I still owe him more money. Took/disposed of quarry tiles I said I wanted. I wont be using him again
Tiled our kitchen floor and made a disgusting job of it. Floor not even, corners sticking up, uneven gaps between tiles, used all the tiles but didn't do under cooker and dishwasher as asked and measured for. Will not return to sort out the job, they've promised to come sort it twice and both times haven't showed up, now won't reply to our messages. Would've been happier putting he money down the toilet!

Domi did a good job coming to view job, putting up garden fence & carried this out quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, directly after my experience with payment was not nice, with them demanding payment and not leaving doorstep until payment received. My usual experience of paying traders is upon receipt of invoice and following days and upon completion of job. This is why rated 3*.

Two men turned up after quoting for the job of supplying and fixing a UPVC panel on the facia of our garage and rubbing down and painting the door frame. They fitted the panel but left gaps at the edges unsealed. They,painted the frame with one coat of paint, but this has soaked in and they failed to return as they promised to complete the job. They were payed in full in cash. They said they would bring a receipt when they returned which they never did.
