The tree felling was done to a very high standard. Care was taken to bring down the tree in stages so that no damage was caused to the surroundings. Matt also very kindly gave some advice to me on pruning a couple of other trees, which was much appreciated. There were issues with communications, when our appointment on a previous day was cancelled without informing us. However, they took on board that we were not happy about the no-show and re-arranged for a few days later.

Fence and post all broken within 6 months of installation. The concrete post was not the correct length for the fence and ground was not dug deep enough upon inspection. Very disappointed and offered no resolution whatsoever, rather has the cheek to pay more to fix. Would not recommend go for an actual professional who knows what they're doing.

Mark did an excellent job, he was great at communicating and was the only bidder to provide me with a range of options and prices to solve my Fencing issues and he offered a guarantee. At no time were you told not to tile that area, that is absurd, why would we want an area not tiled. On the quote it was stated that you would remove old tiles and make good walls, having spoken to 4 companies since they all stated the same, this would mean plastering the same, we paid extra for this. Something to be considered when writing your quotes. The receipts for materials, second amount, never materialised. You were paid in full regardless.
All round a very good job, small communication problem but the job was done exceeded my expectation, I would hire them again.

They worked hard during the time they were here, they were very tidy, bagging and removing all waste from site on completion. They completed the work to my satisfaction at a very competitive price. Domi did a good job coming to view job, putting up garden fence & carried this out quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, directly after my experience with payment was not nice, with them demanding payment and not leaving doorstep until payment received. My usual experience of paying traders is upon receipt of invoice and following days and upon completion of job. This is why rated 3*.
