At no time were you told not to tile that area, that is absurd, why would we want an area not tiled. On the quote it was stated that you would remove old tiles and make good walls, having spoken to 4 companies since they all stated the same, this would mean plastering the same, we paid extra for this. Something to be considered when writing your quotes. The receipts for materials, second amount, never materialised. You were paid in full regardless.
All round a very good job, small communication problem but the job was done exceeded my expectation, I would hire them again.

Very pleased with the work carried out by Theo and Wesley on my back garden. They worked hard during the time they were here, they were very tidy, bagging and removing all waste from site on completion. They completed the work to my satisfaction at a very competitive price. Here at cmoore group ltd, we have a large background in all landscaping and building works including driveways!
More than a few issues with the overall service from a verbal contract which was challenged when it came to payment, to them being late and underprepared on the day, to completing the job in less than a day when they said it would take a day and a half. The hallway only has underlay down the very middle, loose floorboards were not secured as offered and doorstrips are missing from both door ways.
