Quote received, arranged date for work but on the day advised was unable to do it. Rearranged a further date and did not turn up.
Turned up one day and I paid in full. Cut part of the lawn and then said he needed a part to fix his mower. Went to get part but never came back. Half cut lawn and took full payment = poor

Job was actually pretty ok such a shame they left my home in a state. No cleaning up after the job even though Paul stood for two days saying how much his guys respected peoples homes then on the final day stepped over it all to leave. Damage to paintwork, knocked a plug out of its socket and broke my hoover. This could have all been discussed and made right but unfortunately it wasn’t and we were left with a bad taste with it all and the owner only really wanting to discuss payment. Such a shame

I wanted to score 2.5/5. Protype quoted a very high price for the work which I accepted on the basis that they would provide a once and for all fix to a leaking roof. Part of the work looks to have been performed well but some parts were not. So far no leaks but when I tried to contact them after a poorly fitted piece down pipe fell off l got no reply.

Arrived on time and fixed the loose tiles pretty quickly. Charged £120 which I'm assuming is the going rate.

Went from £60 for this to £3850 to replace the gable end. Bought supplies and carried on after being told to stop. Demanded £500 for goods worth £200, threatened he wouldn't leave without money. Smashed some of the goods before running when I called the police.
