His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

If I could I would give 6 stars. Dean and Sam are two of the best workers I have ever employed. More punctual than a Swiss train, METICULOUS workmanship with the added bonus of being really friendly fellows and easy to get on with. They replaced a rotting veranda and bannisters and the result is not as good as new, it's BETTER than new. They even primed and undercoated ready for me to paint. They stuck to the estimate despite doing more. FANTASTIC!! Your search is over . Recommended 100% .
