He designed and built our water feature and was not happy until everything was 'right' aesthetically and functioning perfectly, regardless of time and cost to himself - he stuck by his very reasonable quotation, despite spending much longer on the project than he originally planned. From the first visit from John to give us our quote and discuss design and layout we received great service. They obtained permission for dropped kerb and completed the two car driveway with little bit of landscaping in two days. Tarek did a fantastic job redecorating two rooms of mine in a rental flat that looked quite bad. He repaired seriously damaged wallpaper where a boiler had been removed and cracks in the ceiling before doing the painting. I was really surprised at how good looking the finished results were. All signs of damage and cracks were gone. Very impressed and I'll be using Tarek again when the need arises.

First class job by Neil and Elliot. My kitchen was a new system (In-frame) by Wren, first one Wren has sold in Edinburgh, and I was genuinely worried about how the tradesmen would get on with it. Needn’t have been, the guys were meticulous about getting every detail right. I’m completely OCD when it comes to details, but couldn’t fault any aspect of the work, these guys are master craftsmen. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Work was carried out Monday to Friday as expected. Workmen were considerate and helpful and I was able to speak to them each day. Rubbish was removed daily and at the end of the week surfaces were thoroughly brushed and remaining debris removed. All in all everything was carried out most efficiently.

Took on Super Mario to paint front door navy blue surroundings white. Unfortunately he painted everything navy blue. I pointed out his error so he over painted the navy with white. The first coat was obviously not properly dry so the result is a disaster. He promised to rectify the problem but had failed to appear. I will now have to employ another painter to sort the job......... but not from Rated People

And it ain't because of the reasonable price he asked me for my fridge, but because of the commitment he put in its job. He came to my place to collect the fridge and provided a friendly and honest quote. He also made a long test after the fix and he came back to deliver back the fridge 3 days later.
