Ben contacted me promptly and gave me a quote over the phone - he came the following day to do the job and sent photos and a video of the work - everything was left clean and tidy. Simon and his team fitted laminate cladding on my two flights of stairs and sorted out the unfinished landing at the same time. It looks 300% better! There was a small problem which he returned repeatedly to fix. The only thing I would say is make sure the project is clearly explained to you. I hadn't understood exactly how stair cladding works, and so the result wasn't quite how I imagined it. But I love it now, and the work has been admired by other tradesmen who've seen it.

I had several very large bushes which I needed to be removed. When the team arrived to remove them we found that the trunks were much bigger than previously thought with roots growing under the paving stones. Haydn's team put a huge amount of effort into getting the job done and removed all the debris and garden rubbish that I had asked them to take.
