Simon and his worker were very helpful, polite always on time. Simon listened to what we wanted and offered his advice , we even had to change dates due to waiting for products to arrive . Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend him to do any work required. We changed our mind on the design and opted for artificial grass instead of stones, which was going to fit ourselves, he even offered to come and help us free of charge , if we got into any problems . I’ve had to change this rating due to rating too prematurely initially. After fitting our laminate flooring, we have had nothing but issues with slats coming up, nails too long out of the skirting and the door trim not being secure. Although both came out once and glued the LVT down in places we are finding more come up. My husband is now going to have to glue them all down after paying over 1k for supply and fit or alternatively have it taken out and redone.
