His work is of a high standard and he is very particular to get the best result possible. I am changing this to ZERO (unfortunately unable to remove the 1 star). I found out today from a proper plumbing engineer that the tradesperson who installed my Triton Verne mixer shower in April 2023 had cross threaded the nut on one of the pipes on the shower operating unit, this was causing a permanent leakage. This tradesperson is ignoring my texts and phone calls. It is going to cost me a minimum £95 to get this work corrected. AVOID him as I have found out his work is shoddy. ZERO RATING
