Chris was very professional and polite and got in touch with me instantly to arrange a pre-visit to look at the space for the gas connection and quoting me a price. However, when it came to doing the actual job he didn't show up the first time around and didn't respond to any of my texts/calls. It is always somewhat of a lottery when hiring a tradesman but we really struck lucky with Daniel. What a great find he was. Quality and care of work was outstanding. (Toilet floor tiling). First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.
