Neil did a systematic and detailed check on all the electrics to not only find the fault and repair it, but went the extra mile to check the other lights to ensure that the problem wouldn't recurr. Took his advice and switched from halogens to led downlighters. Very pleased with the service, especially as it was a Sunday and didn't charge extra for weekend work.

Took on Super Mario to paint front door navy blue surroundings white. Unfortunately he painted everything navy blue. I pointed out his error so he over painted the navy with white. The first coat was obviously not properly dry so the result is a disaster. He promised to rectify the problem but had failed to appear. I will now have to employ another painter to sort the job......... but not from Rated People

And it ain't because of the reasonable price he asked me for my fridge, but because of the commitment he put in its job. He came to my place to collect the fridge and provided a friendly and honest quote. He also made a long test after the fix and he came back to deliver back the fridge 3 days later.
