The gentleman arrived promptly just before Easter. Got our system to work temporatily over the holiday as we were expecting company while we were waiting for the parts to arrive. Returned fitted them as promised. He was very proffesional, prompt and did come when he made an arangement to do so. Five stars on all counts

Easy to arrange the initial visit even on a weekend. Arrived early but apologised. Instantly quoted for the job with different options and explained each of them very well. Was able to carry out the repair job there and then and even tidy up some loose/redundant cables too. Would definitely use again if anything else crops up in the future.

David was excellent. Communication superb, always replied to emails and texts very promptly. Excellent tiling. Flexible, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.

Straight away I felt comfortable that he was very professional and thorough with his attitude and work. From just a freshen up project, this became much bigger project as damp had ripped through the whole property. He replaced joists and most floorboards, resolved leaks, removed damp, installed new kitchen along with the 'freshen up' and much more. Communication was great, we always felt informed while we were waiting for work to be scheduled (reliant on weather). The team turned up as planned, were always polite & friendly going above and beyond. The area was left clean & tidy each night. We were always shown the work done each day & explained the next steps to ensure we were satisfied. The overall quality of the work was fantastic and we have received many positive comments from neighbours. Would definitely recommend.
