Dean was the first plumber who responded and got in touch. He fit me in the very next day. Provided a quote, fixed the drainage issues in the kitchen and bathroom and sorted out a minor leak. All with guarantee. Price was reasonable. I will be in touch again in the future for any plumbing problems.

I enlisted Kris to replace my flooring in September 2022. However, after just a year, all of the flooring has become loose, and significant gaps have appeared between the floorboards. I suspect this may be due to the foundation being inadequately level when initially installed.

Highgate and I'm focusing on working in North London. I have a van with a comprehensive set of tools needed for most jobs but I will need parking. Please note parking fees, any congestion charges and materials are not included in the service. I charge £40 per hour, minimum 2 hours. My 8-hour day rate is £300. I have just had to pay someone else over £1000 to fix the garage roof that Jamie left us with. Despite numerous requests for him to come and fix the leaks, he never did, and then stopped responding. The guys that repaired the roof were appalled at the original workmanship. Add to that... - rubbish that we could not see was just left - electrics were run out to the garage using a lesser capacity cable than agreed, so I had to have another one run out - so unreliable, promising to turn up but never did
