Cancelled the first appointment, then on second attempt was 45 minutes late and bailed claiming there was no parking, despite there being gated parking had he just called when he arrived instead of cancelling the job
So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. Absolutely top. Matt and Sandro went above and beyond. The floor tiles look incredible, great upstand in place of skirting board with finishing trim. Were very clear on quote, which was reasonably priced. Arrived when they said and finished when they said. Made some good recommendations for us to address other areas and how they could help. We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project.
