Gareth, Dwayne, and Tony made a fantastic job knocking down the brick wall in between my kitchen and dining room, making good the walls and ceiling, relocating gas cooker, moving/adding sockets, plumbing and fitting my new kitchen despite Several delays from my supplier. Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Chris and his mate replastered my lounge & dining room walls in October last year, they also skimmed the ceilings, they did an excellent job and were great at cleaning up as they went along. I would defnitely recommend them and intend to use them again myself later this year.

I have also got trading standards involved
No Tops Tiles representative has visited my property. I can also confirm via an independent civil engineering survey the floor is not moving. The under floor heating has never worked, the electrician utilised by Mr Williams has identified a break in the circuit which happened during the laying of the tiles. I have video evidence of the leaks should anyone which to see it. I would not allow Mr Williams back into my property due his lack of ability to rectify the problems he created.
