Toby arrived on time to quote for the job, and he and his team were on time to do the job. The crown reduction of our Ash tree was done quickly and efficiently. The garden and surrounding area were left clean and tidy. Some debris was inadvertently left on an adjacent flat roof, but Toby came back himself to clear it. Sidney was really great, he had to redo a lot of work not done properly by the previous builder, also from Rated People. I have had to pay out twice for the job to be finished. Sidney tuned the job around and put the flat forward towards letting.

Unfortunately as soon as the work was done we developed a leak in the roof (I'm not saying they are related). We were told by Alan's son that the damp was simply the wall drying out. It wasn't and got progressively worse. We did contact Alan again who said he'd come around but didn't. Three other builders have said that the lead work wasn't correctly done and we've since had to pay for it to be redone.
