Alltype Building responded swiftly to my original request to fix some guttering. They provided a reasonable quote and started straight away. During this job the ridge tiles to the main house were discovered to be dangerously loose in many places and they were able to mobilise a team straight away to fix them, again to a high standard. Ola came on time to refit an old gas hob that needed replacing. He initially came to quote and he purchased the hob I wanted with full correspondence throughout. His work was first class taking his time to ensure all was in-order during the re-fit. Ola even fixed a gas isolation issue that was required for the gas supply to the hob - only charging for the parts. I have no hesitation in using Ola again and can thoroughly recommend his knowledge and workmanship.

Jason came to provide me a new lawn, as the previous was installed very poorly. The end result is fantastic, but for me it was the craftsmanship on display up to that point that really impressed me. Jason and his team were professional throughout the job and also provided an excellent service at a not-so-expensive outlay. I throughly recommend Jason, and he is a good person to add. I have 34 years experience in property maintenance, specialising in plastering, brickwork repairs, roof repairs, fencing.
The stud wall put in is very uneven having a big bump from ceiling to floor where two walls meet the stud. They did both walls so it’s totally their fault. I would say Bryan is an okay plasterer but it was an absolute mess and very sloppy. i now have had other plasterers So know what it’s supposed to look like. I had never had a wall plastered before. He refused to give me an invoice. He asked me to pay into his wife’s account. It was all very bizzarr. I would not recommend & would say be wary.

A bit of a let down. Promises of doing all I asked, when it came to finishing, some jobs done, some done shoddily and some not done at all. Left terrible mess and did not take the rubbish despite promising to do so. Do not pay them before they finish is my advice
