I don't recommend anyone to use Concept & Constructions. They've wasted my time & been disrespectful. I met several builders and chose C&C (telling other builders they'd not been chosen). C&C visited for a 2nd time. We agreed additional work and a start date a week later. I laid all agreements out in an email for clarity. But next day I got a one line email saying they wouldn't do the job. They won't take my calls or reply to emails. I'm left with no builder and no explanation. 2 months wasted. Not happy.

Nathan and his team did an outstanding job. We didn’t have drawings and they worked with us to design and build the rear extension and the result is more than we could have imagined. They also took care of all the liaising with building regs for us, which enabled good communication and prompt visits, and the work was certified. They are a family team and work to high standards. They have excellent environment values with their approach to insulation and building waste. We would definitely use them again.

So far really pleased with the professionalism and quality of the work undertaken. Chris and Rob were timely, thorough and respectful of both our property and our neighbours. The garden room and roof insulation has been excellent and they are two of the tidiest workmen I’ve ever employed. I would thoroughly recommend their work and we will be using them again .
After completing the work, this tradesman was not up to our expectations nor the spec that he quoted on. He under delivered on the quality and cut costly corners, only for us to pick up the pieces, cannot possibly recommend this tradesman!

Rude and insulting. He should not be included on such a site and allowed to attend premises where he behaves so nastily. I had another builder from this site who was polite and nice. As a woman who lives alone I think this is unacceptable.
