Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

Really poor experience it’s now 6 months and kitchen still not finished I’ve given up Still waiting for certs for electrical works honestly don’t use they are lovely guys but take on too much work and don’t finish anything

Single garage conversion with pitched roof, mezzanine floor and dormer in Llandough. Father and Son business workmanship well below buildings control standards, sub optimal and cheap materials used, not aligned to architect drawings, critical structural measurements wrong wants money up front, very messy, It has taken a further 6 months and extra costs with a new builder to rectify all issues including roof, insulation, dormer and Velux window to enable building control to be satisfied.

This tradesman's? standard of work is appalling & I can only assume his Rated People reviews are false. We had no option but to dismiss him after he ruined our lounge. The numerous faults eg. large gaps above bay window, uneven walls, plastering abysmal. His cleaning up was non-existent & left my home in a disgraceful mess, cement and plaster covering our wooden floor & doors. We had to hack off all his work and start again! This has cost us dearly, not to mention the stress. RATED PEOPLE? I DONT THINK SO!

Took 4 months to repair water damage to living room ceiling. Small damp testing holes left unfilled in walls. After 6 months they are either unable or unwilling to give me the value of the insurance claim for me to get new policy quotes. Regretfully I cannot recommend using this company.

Has worked very hard, working all weekend to get job finished as soon as possible. Also knocked out a fireplace and replastered a wall. would use again

Excellent work very reliable. No additional charges from the quote given which was very competitive. Finished in a reasonable time, even did few minor jobs in addition. Also cleaned up well when finished. Would definitely use for other jobs.

Don't go there very unreliable started my job on 8th June replacing decking planks and still waiting for job to be completed 21st July supposed to have had his car pinched and he hasn't got his van really would think you would hire a van if you running a business to keep money coming in and not let customers down promised a rebate if £20 to hire a andyman to finish job 17th July still no money we are in our seventys and have found all this very stressful and know have to find someone to do one piece decking

Jordan recently fitted laminate floor and skirting for me.Very pleased with the quality of his work ,he turned up on time and did a great job.Lovely guy and the amount charged very reasonable.I having him back to do further work for would definitely recommend him ????

Loads of promise only...very low quality will not recommend to anybody. The value for money turn to be local avarage. Plaster is already coming off the wall and have loads of cracks.

Can not give a rating at this point , I am still awaiting his full quotation, he did say he was a little busy for a few weeks or on the other hand he does not want the job I submitted. Maybe I can leave substantial feedback if he is selected to do the job and upon satisfaction etc , so the rating is low at this point

One star as that was the lowest I could choose. Threatened to have us fined as they claimed we accepted a quote they did not give. Left some of our waste on our neighbours property and claimed that we shortchanged them so demanded a further £20.00 Not to be trusted I'm afraid.

Came to quote. Agreed to take on the job. Contacted me that morning to cancel as he "had to sort out a problem with existing job". After a few weeks I called to arrange a new date at 5pm and he agreed to come the following morning. Texted my address again as requested (admittedly on the morning he was due but before he had arranged to turn up. Received text telling me he thought I had changed my mind and was doing another job. This is less than 12 hours after we agreed. Getting someone else.
