Whilst the job took longer than expected it cost me no more than the original quote. After 2 - 3 days it became clear that the problem had not been resolved however he has agreed to come back and install a new part to see if this solves the problem. He has said that he will only charge me for the part and not his time. At the end of day you cannot get it it right first time every time, however it is not often that you will get a tradesman who will keep working with you to solve a problem. So whilst the problem is not solved I am impressed by the reliability of the individual involved.

I could not recommend this tradesman more highly. He did excellent, careful work, as well as always being considerate and keeping disruption to a minimum. The tradesman completed a large amount of work, including locating difficult to find materials and sourcing a specialist subcontractor, within one week. His rates were very fair and I am hoping to hire him to do further work here.

I needed a cupboard under the stairs and I was looking for ages to find someone to build what I wanted. I showed Giovanni the reference pictures and he build the cupboard better than in the picture.He is very professional, works very clean and the end result is magnificent. Amazing attention to details and quite fast the build took about 4 days from start to finish.
