Hi nice to meet you. I have been in construction for over 30 years. I have been a successful wall and floor tiling for a good part of that. I have been involved with small and large demestic. New build and commercial work. I am a happy person I have a eye for detail. I can also call upon family and work friends if I have a large job to complete. Most importantly I the customer comes first, I like to listen and put them first to keep them happy and smiling, this way they will co.e back and also recommend me Lee

Unreliable. On two occasions did not turn up. First time I chased and told me his boiler had broken. Second time did not answer my calls. Do not use.
Agreed a price of £85 for the service. Mr Griffiths arrived 50 mins late and pressed a reset button that I pointed out to him. He then told me he came out to get the rayburn going and NOT for a service as he would charge £200. He then had a good look around my home and priced up other work for and insisted on payment for the rayburn. I have been left £85 out of pocket, with a rayburn not working and very intimidated by the mannner this 'local' trademen operated. So upset I didnt leave the house for days.

Gave a good quote which I accepted. I felt confident he knew his stuff and would do a good job. But then was a no-show. Offered some vague dates. Didn't hear anything for over a week. Got a message saying he'd had a family emergency (hope all was okay). A week later tried to call me once while I was out so I couldn't answer, but never tried to get back to me. Disappointing. Job still needs doing.
