I am very pleased with the service Jonbridge provided. I was offered helpful hints on how maintain my pond going forward. Kevin and very friendly and proffessional. Kevin also helped with new plants for pond. It was not part of the quote but when asked also cut back a large shrub I could not reach. Prices for the job was very reasonable. Billy gave me a quote for the job which I accepted. He was able to do the job there and then so I hired him. He worked hard and quickly, a neat job of trimming the trees which were high. . He took the waste on the back of his lorry, but some was left behind, which I only noticed after he had gone . Payment was made by bank transfer very easy and quick.

I received an email from this company in which they promised to contact me by phone, but they never did. I waited a while (which delayed the start of the job) until I finally decided that I did not want a firm as unreliable as this anywhere near my house.
After initially being fantastic they have now dissapeared,we have been chasing them for 3 months and been fobbed off. So they happily took our £5000 and have left us with a kitchen island that is falling apart and all the plastering around our new window that they installed has been damaged/ripped off and just left like that (even though they did the plastering in the first place), we now have to pay someone else to do it - which we cant afford as our money went to these guys. Completely let us down.
