I am a builder who has been in the business for 20 years,I have been on grade II listed building from start to finish,new builds all over Kent and London,extensions,conservatories,garden walls,fireplaces,patios,fencing,,plastering,always clean work.

Do not touch this company he is not reliable Chris Morris or his partner Peter lutterer ! They started my work on a stable conversion and have not done anything right from the start they employ unreliable tradesman and also are not qualified tradesman ! They have contracted the work out to a reputable company as they both have no experience in this sizeable contract ! Please look into his background b4 agreeing any works with either of them ! Very bad experience from start to them not finishing the job !
BEWARE ROGUE TRADER. Garage roof collapsed on first rainfall. Materials used inadequate. Workmanship substandard. Ethics non-existent. Pricing exorbitant. No attempt to rectify. Michael Duffy aka Michael John. Beware.
Arranged viewing but never turned up!
Didn't make good wall in hallway which was on the estimate. Continually asking money when the job wasn't finished. Poor quality workmanship, not really a builder more DIY man
