Scott kept us up to date with the work through access to videos etc and stayed on site for longer than anticipated to make sure we were 100% happy. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Multiple delays in finding time to visit. Eventual visit resulted in a quote that felt like he didn’t want the job, suggesting the chair should be replaced. Given it cost £800, not the best outcome
