When Craig came round he was able to tell me that my initial plan wouldnt quite work, so we formulated a new one, and even though i had awkward times for him to arrive he managed to fit us in and complete the job to the exact standard I required. Scott kept us up to date with the work through access to videos etc and stayed on site for longer than anticipated to make sure we were 100% happy.
