Jack and Ryan visited our property in April to remove 3/4 tonnes of stone, level, remove block-work, lay new top soil and finally cut fresh turf to cover our garden. They came on time, worked relentlessly and did a first-class job. Quite amazed they managed to do what was asked in a single day and they didn't leave until completely finished and everything was tidied away. Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. Luke and team came out to view the job. His communication was excellent working the appointment around my available and turned up bang on time. He reviewed the problem with the drain and managed find a blockage and cleared it straight away. There was no charge for the unblocking as it was a simple solution but Luke offered some advice to ensure the issue won’t happen again and some potential fixes going forward. I will certainly be contacting CC drainage with any further issues and can recommend them highly
