Hired to sand, fill, prime and paint a front door, and surrounding wood work. Did a very poor job I am afraid. Not sanded back or filled well (filler not made good, lumpy). Not primed. Looks like painted with treacle. Drips everywhere, matt patches, marks on adjoining white paintwork. I paid almost 30% of agreed price (£350) to cover time and materials but to be fair I really shouldn't have even paid that as the whole job needs to be done again. Shame as Harry is a pleasant guy but just not skilled.

I do a lot of things by trade but my favourite occupation and our specialty is roofing, guttering, chimney and decorating, and painting, this includes minor plasterboard work, doors, skirting boards etc. But I wouldd rather have them talk about what others think of us: Akos and his colleague that worked on our house were thorough professionals and took great pride in the work they do. Andrew and his team did a complete gut out, redesign and extension to our house, the work was completed a year ago but I forgot to write a review. 3 new bathrooms, new plumbing, electric, everything. The work was completed to a very high standard and he said he guaranteed it, and in the last 9 months, any issue that has come up he has come over within days and repaired anything immediately.
