Kevin spent three days at my house installing new kitchen worktopsincluding plumbing in the kitchen sink. He also installed two new radiators in difficult locations and fitted a new water tank in the loft. He is freindly, very reliable, polite and always ready to offer advice. His work is first class, he checked all was working before leaving. I would definitley recommend him and I will use him again.

Octavian was very patient for the job to start as it relied on the plaster on an external wall drying. When it did start, he completed what I assumed would be a three day job in two. I have just had to pay someone else over £1000 to fix the garage roof that Jamie left us with. Despite numerous requests for him to come and fix the leaks, he never did, and then stopped responding. The guys that repaired the roof were appalled at the original workmanship. Add to that... - rubbish that we could not see was just left - electrics were run out to the garage using a lesser capacity cable than agreed, so I had to have another one run out - so unreliable, promising to turn up but never did

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Unfortunately I disagree. I posted this as one job and can prove this so will be taking this further. I also paid most of the money. Scott only called back after the tenant was fed up of the job being left unfinished for many many months. He also left a ceiling light hanging which was a health and safety concern and refuses to provide his insurance details.

We had Thomas and his team coming to do our conservatory roof. We had several issues during the works such holes on the ceiling. The worst is that after almost 3 month our conservatory is still leaking, Thomas doesn’t seem to care and the issue still has not been solved.My mother has asthma, she stays with buckets around and this is affecting her. I found it very difficult to get in touch with Thomas to have it solved. One of the guys came a few weeks ago to “fix” the roof but the roof is still leaking.
