He is very polite did a very good job of the rendering of the front of the house and a fantastic job with the fitting of a new visitor's toilet. Ionut was prompt and fast . However would not snag minor items saying holes were not filled as needed silicone so he did not do them . asked him for a list for of materials and bought what he asked for …He never asked for silicone . now have to try and do it myself which defeats the object of employing a professional . He also was reluctant to work around furniture and quite unresponsive when asked to remedy things . Overall though a good job if he could address these minor issues he could be 5 *

Octavian was very patient for the job to start as it relied on the plaster on an external wall drying. When it did start, he completed what I assumed would be a three day job in two. Great workmanship, kept and left everything tidy and my tenants said he was very nice to have around too. Would use his services again!

We hired Bogdan and his son to assemble and move some furniture. They did an absolutely fantastic job with the most impressive attitude! We immediately hired them for more work and then twice again. Every time every single thing was impeccable. MADE APPOINTMENT BUT NEVER TURNED UP

I don't recommend anyone to use Concept & Constructions. They've wasted my time & been disrespectful. I met several builders and chose C&C (telling other builders they'd not been chosen). C&C visited for a 2nd time. We agreed additional work and a start date a week later. I laid all agreements out in an email for clarity. But next day I got a one line email saying they wouldn't do the job. They won't take my calls or reply to emails. I'm left with no builder and no explanation. 2 months wasted. Not happy.
